Objective:
This document will guide you through the steps to enable TITO on the EasyLinx system via portal.
Procedure:
1. Access EasyLinx remotely via Portal with the admin user.
2. Click on Admin > Settings:
3. Click on the option ELA Settings to enable TITO.
4. The follow screen will pop up:
5. On “Validation” find the option “Cancel All Slot Issued Tickets” and make sure that is selected the option “NO”, otherwise all the tickets inserted on the machine will come as expired.
6. Default Validation, you will have two options (Enhanced and System).
- Enhanced validation: Will allow machine to generate the ticket and after ticket delivery to customer will inform to system the ticket number, which is faster to customer (recommended).
- System validation: Will ask the system to generate the ticket, system will generate it and send the ticket to machine.
7. Disable Off Hours Tickets will set machine to not accept tickets after hours. Hours of operation can be set on ADMIN -> Settings -> Hours of Operation which is also available a step by step on Hours of Operation article.
8. Click on “Save” to save the change.
