Objective:
This document will guide you through the steps to add a new player in the Front Desk module. Add a New Player to ensure that players are identified, can receive points per attendance, points per referral, and registration in promotions.
When a new player comes in, the cashier should act and make the registration. To do so, the cashier should follow the steps below:
1. Go to Front Desk → Add a New Player:
2. On the left side of the screenshot below, we have all the System fields. The following fields are required to create a new player account:
- First name;
- Last name;
- Email;
- Date of Birth.
We suggest including the e-mail of the client to in the future push the e-mail’s list from the system’s report (Management → Reports → Players).
On the right side of the screenshot, there are Custom Fields. These Custom Fields can be fulfilled according to your scenario.
3. In the Picture section it is possible to register a picture of the player. Make sure that the Camera of the POS is selected before taking the picture:
4. After fulfilling the fields, you should click on Membership Card and the card of the player should be scanned. In case the player choose not to use a card it is possible to use a Cashless PIN number instead. The client may type the Cashless PIN number desired:
After all the above, you can “Save and Close” at the bottom of the screen.
Player Custom Fields
On the below screen, the management can add custom fields. These custom fields will appear when the cashier is creating a new player.
When configuring the custum field, there are options to:
- Select the fields type: Text, Date and Dropdown;
- Locked: Select Yes if the field will only accept already existing options. Select No if the field will accept new words.
Player Referral Program
This promotional campaign is about referring new players through already registered players. The amount of points the player will receive when referring someone is defined on manager level. To make the referring, the player who referred the person needs to be together when registering this new player.
1. To access the Player Referral program you may go to Front Desk → Add New Player:
2. Click in Player Referral to scan the player who referred the current player being created:
