Objective:
This document will guide you through the steps to configure the IFS Kiosk Setup.
Procedure:
1. For now we will only have this screen informing the credentials, secret keys and this data must be set according to the data provided by EasyLinx.
System Side:
1. User Creation
To create a new user in the system for this Kiosk, you need to follow these steps:
Go the users page (Admin -> Users & Permissions -> Users)
Once there, you need to click on the "+ Add New User" button and this modal will appear:
Insert the informations for this user in this format:
User: Kiosk
Password: Kiosk
Full Name: Kiosk
Then you will need to set "API User" as "Yes", and the option to insert a "Secret Key" will appear:
Insert the "Secret Key" just like in the screenshot:
Secret Key: ELAPI-(name indicating the location)
Then, click "Save User". The user is now created.
2. Kiosk Creation
Now that we have our Kiosk user created, we must create a Kiosk for this location, you can do this by following these steps:
First of all you need to go to the Kiosks page (Kiosk -> GeWeTe Cash Center / ELAPI Kiosk -> Management)
Once there, you need to click on the "Add New Cash Center" button, and then a new Kiosk will be created in the list:
After creating this Kiosk, you need to insert the right informations, as they are:
Machine ID: 1
Secret Key: ELAPI-(the same as the user)
Kiosk Description: ISF Kiosk
Ledger User: Kiosk
After completing these steps, you can click "Save" at the end of the row, and now you have a new Kiosk created at this location.
Important notes:
Once you click "Save" at the Kiosk creation, a new ledger will be created for the user assigned to the Kiosk
