How to fix when two tickets have the same numbers

Objective:

This document will help you understand why two tickets have the same numbers even if the first one has already expired.

Why does it happen?

The machine is responsible for maintaining the sequence of the tickets, if it duplicates them, it usually indicates a battery or memory problem.

How to fix it?

1. Our suggestion is to archive and promote the slots to force their correct sequencing codes into the slot's memory.

2. If the problem persists, a RAM clear of the machine may help as it reformats the slot's memory. In the event this still occur, the slot may need to be checked (memory/battery/main board may be at fault).
