Symptom:
When trying to print a match play, or using any functionality that makes use of a ledger, an error appears on the screen:
Reason:
User has no ledger open at the moment. A couple possible reasons:
1. No ledger ever opened
2. Ledger closed manually by manager/admin
Solution:
Only Admin and Manager users can access such feature.
1. A new ledger should be created. For this, follow the path: Management -> Ledgers -> Open New Ledger:
2. Make sure to select the user who will receive a new ledger and click on "Create New Ledger"
Side notes:
If the closed ledger is from a cashier that was operating, the fill needs to be added again. This "Fill" will be the last balance of the cashier.
