IObjective:
In this document you will get to know how to create new users for your employees in the system.
Procedure:
1. You may login using this address:
2. User your email and password to login.
You are setup as a "Organization Admin", and this means you will have the ability to create your users and set their permissions per location, via portal.
For example, you could create a user to have specific Remote Access to one location only, and in that location, only allow access to the "Tech" module.
Just make sure all usernames are email addresses, so they can recover password should you ever need it.
How to create new users
1. To create new users in the portal you will need to go to the Organization Admin User page.
2. Once there you will have the option to create your users.
3. Click in the button and a modal will appear.
Username: username that the user will use to join the system.
Password: user password.
Full Name: user full name will show up in the users screen.
Organization: set the organization to yours.
Portal roles: The modules that this user has access to in the portal.
Portal Location Access: locations that this user can "Remote Access"

Assigning Permissions
1. Organization Admin -> User Control -> Permissions that will bring you the same page, but you need to select the user in the option "user".
2. Click there and you will be redirected to the Portal - Permissions Control page, this page will show all the location the user has access to and will give you the option to individually change each one of them. Click on the expand icon it will be possible to add or remove specific permissions.
3. Clicking again on the expand icon it will appear specific permissions for the module that was assigned to the user. For example: The Tech module has a permission called "Tech - Promote and Archive".
The organization Admin can add the permissions according with what needs to be done by the user.
