Objective:
This document will explain how the GeWeTe Cash Center interacts with Easylinx, and some scenarios that can happen during the operation of these two systems. It's important to know which actions to take when a problem appears. It will explain some events that can happen when the cash center is in operation.

7. Handpay and Jackpot functionality
1. Setup
1.1 Turn on the power supply in the lower left corner of the machine:
1.2 Turn on the battery backup located in the bottom of the machine
1.3 Enter the superuser password in both spaces. Using the provided keyboard
2. Main Menu Setup
2.1 Click in the Webinterface section
2.2 Enter the login name. (name: admin1 or (admin2) - password: 1)
2.3 From the menu screen choose "Settings"
2.4 Choose "Provider" from the drop down menu
2.5 Enter the Domain Value: 10.7.77.253
2.6 Enter the Script Value: /api/GeWeTe
2.7 Enter the machine ID Value (ID=1)
2.8 Uncheck the "https"
2.9 Enter the SigKey Value: Obtain this number from EasyLinx Server
Observation: the other fields can be under their default value. It's very important to click on "SAVE" after this procedure.
2.10 Save
2.11 Choose "Applications" from the drop down menu.
2.12 Tap the EGM HANDPAY to turn it on.
2.13 Choose "Configure" from the Administration drop down menu.
2.14 Choose "Service Mode" from the NT-Service drop down menu.
2.15 Choose "Service Mode On" from the Service drop down menu.
2.16 Correct the date and time as needed.
2.17 Choose "Save" and wait for system to automatically reboot
Observation: Once setting up GAPI, make sure that "Local" protocol is removed/deleted so the communication with EasyLinx can work properly.
3. Administration Setup
3.1 Once the system has restarted press the windows key, located on the bottom left of the keyboard.
3.2 Choose "Settings Editor" from the Administration drop down menu.
3.3 Login again. Login: admin2 *Password and Reason are NOT required.
3.4 Choose EGM Handpay and Save.
3.5 Choose "Expert Mode".
3.6 Choose "Settings Editor" from the Administration drop down menu.
3.7 Locate "TicketPrinter_9_1" on page 22. Enter the validation date desired. (Ex. Ticket Void after 7 days or Ticket Void after 24 hours).
3.8 Locate "TicketPrinter_2_2" on page 21. Enter the City, State, & Zip Code of location.
3.9 Locate "TicketPrinter_1" on page 20. Enter the Location Name.
3.10 Locate "TicketPrinter_2_1" on page 20. Enter the Location Address.
3.11 Locate "HandpayRejectIfRest" on page 6. Click the green check, turning it to a red X.
3.12 Locate "TicketMaxAmount" on page 15. Enter 950000
3.13 SAVE
4. Cash Loading
4.1 Choose "Refill" from the Tools drop down menu.
4.2 Choose the refill box of the correct domination. Enter amount entered into the cash stacker. Choose Okay and Save. Continue with other denominations.
*NOTE* DO NOT OVERFILL THE STACKER!
5. Closing/Restart
5.1 Choose "Audit Report" from the Tools drop down menu.
5.2 Choose "With delete" from the drop down menu.
5.3 Choose the "Audit report" button.
5.4 Choose "MFT restart" from the Service drop down.
5.5 Choose "Yes" and wait for the cash center to reboot.
6. Cash Center Operation:
6.1 How to make a fill operation in the Cash Center (GeWeTe)
1 - Insert the admin card into the Cash Center
2 - At the bottom of the screen, click on settings
3 - When opening the settings menu, click on Tools -> Refill
4 - On the Refill screen, put the total amount of the value entered into each cassette. For example, if you put 2000 dollars in a 20 bill, put the value of 2000 in a 20 bill.
Clear -> 2000 -> ok -> Save
To edit a wrong value, put - and the value to be corrected, for example I wanted to put 2000 and I put 2100, I need to correct it to -100:
Clear -> -100 -> ok -> Save
5 - Exit
6 - Remove the card
Important: This process is very sensitive. If the tech informs a value that is higher than the physical one inserted, eventually the machine can issue a message and stop operating if a customer cashes out a ticket that is higher than the value that is inside the machine.
In the EasyLinx system, this operation will appear in the ledger. It's up to the location to add the manual fill-in the ledger or not. It's a best practice to insert the fill to have better control of the cash balance.
6.2 How to buy a ticket
1 - On the main menu, at the bottom, press "buy ticket"
2 - Insert money, press at "Print" icon
3 - The ticket will be printed accordingly
6.3 How to cash out a ticket
1 - Insert the ticket on the bill acceptor
2 - Press the "OK" icon and the money will be expelled by the cash center
7. How do HAND PAY and JACKPOT work?
From the moment the machine warns that it is in handpay, an option will appear in the CashCenter showing that there is a handpay to be withdrawn. By clicking on the handpay icon, you must choose the machine that is in handpay so that you can withdraw the amount. After withdrawing this value, the machine automatically stops saying that it is in handpay and returns to normal.
