Objective:
This document will show how Point System works and how to configure it in the Easylinx Software. It's important to understand that Point System can only be done if Player Registration (membership cards) are being used. (TITO only locations can't use such feature).
Point System consists of giving points to some actions of a player, for example: Playing on the machines, Checking in at the location... etc. Upon reaching a number of points, the customer can exchange them for cash. Let's understand:

1. Where to find the Point system in the Easylinx System:
There are two ways to configure the Point System on the Easylinx System. The first one is on:
Admin -> Settings
And then, Point System:
The second one, it's where you will configure the minimum and maximum for redemption but we will talk about it later. For now, the way to find is:
Admin -> Settings -> General Settings (On the right side are "Min Points Redemption" and "Max Points Redemption":
2. Customer Levels:
Usually, the customer levels used are Silver, Gold, Premium and Platinum. This is used to differentiate which level the customer is placed at.
For example, a new customer is known for the Silver level and to reach the Gold level he needs to have a certain amount of points and these points the customer gets by playing.
Also, The points earned by each level can be exchanged for cash. The configuration can be determined according to customer choice. These levels can be configured in: Admin -> Settings -> Point System (On the left part of the screen)
Level: Customer level.
Name: Level name (pre configured as Silver, Gold, Premium and Platinum).
Points Required: The number of points the customer needs to be at that level. (accumulated)
Points Per Dollar Bet: Amount of points the customer earns for every dollar played (bet).
Attendance Points: Amount of points the player earns when checking in at the location.
Redemption Points Per Dollar: Number of points the customer needs to exchange for cash (Per dollar).
3. Time to Expire Points:
In "Time to Expire Points" you can configure when the points of certain gain will expire.
4. General Settings:
In "General Settings" you can configure some important points, let's understand each of them below.
Birthday Attendance Points: On the customer's birthday, they can earn points by checking in at the location.
Player Signup Points: Customers can earn points by signing up for the location.
Player Referral Points: Customers can earn points by referring other customers to join the location.
Senior Attendance Points: Seniors with the pre-set age can earn points when checking in at the location.
Senior Multiplier: Senior can earn x times more points by playing. The days that this can happen can be configured.
5. Points Redemption:
In this field, you can configure the minimum and maximum points in dollars that the customer has to have in order to exchange the points. For example, if you configure 100 points = 1 dollar and to exchange points for dollars, the customer needs to have at least 5 dollars, so that customer must have 500 points to make this exchange.
To configure the minimum and maximum redemption, go to Admin -> Settings -> Point System (On the left part of the screen)
5.1 How to Redeem Points
To redeem points accumulated by customers, the cashier must go to Cashier -> Cashier Operations -> Redeem Points. In this option, there are two ways to redeem: For a ticket or For the customer's wallet.
When clicking on one of these options, the cashier must scan the customer's card and the scan will show how many points and the amount in dollars that the customer has available for redemption.
In "Ticket Amount ($), the cashier needs to put the amount (Dollars) that the customer wants to redeem, and then the cashier needs to select the ticket print, after "Save And Print Ticket" or "Save and Transfer To Local Wallet"
6. How to use Point Redemption Bonus
In Easylinx you have the option called "Point Redemption Bonus of Original Ticket Amount", this option is on Admin -> Settings -> Point System
This function means that you can gift your client with a percentage of the redeemed ticket. For example, if your customer has 10 dollars in points to redeem, if you configure him to earn 10% of the original value of the ticket, he will earn a cashable ticket of 10 dollars and another ticket bonus of 1 dollar.
For this bonus to be granted, when redeeming the client's points, you must select "Yes" in the field called "Print Bonus"
Cashier -> Cashier Operations -> Redeem Points -> To Ticket
