What is the See You Soon Campaign?
The See You Soon Campaign is a feature that intends to give an incentive to players who plan to return to the casino in the next x days. The player decides when to return to the casino (within campaign due dates), and a ticket will be awarded accordingly. The sooner the date of return, the higher will be the amount awarded.
The ticket amount (return award) is determined not only by how soon they return to the casino but also by the player's daily average points recently acquired. In addition, the See You Soon tickets are bound to the player, and may only be redeemed before the player's return date.
How to set up the See You Soon Campaigns in the system?
1. To access the See You Soon campaigns section in the system you may follow the steps: Marketing -> Marketing Campaigns -> select the option "See You Soon Campaigns”:
2. Go to “Create New Campaign”:
3. Here is an example of a typical See You Soon Campaign setup:
Description: The name of the campaign;
Registration Start and End: time frame where players will be able to register their participation in the campaign;
Max days to Return: maximum number of days which a player can use the prizes given (expiration);
Days to Average Points: number of days (last days) where accrued points will be considered;
Multiplier Returning First Day: based on the average points, the system will calculate with the multiplier defined, the returning first amount;
Multiplier Returning Last Day: based on the average points, the system will calculate with the multiplier defined, the returning last amount;
Minimum Ticket Amount: minimum ticket amount the player can get (sonner he/she comes, value will be decreasing, but stopping at the minimum set);
Maximum Ticket Amount: maximum ticket amount the player can get (sooner he/she comes, value will be higher, but not higher than the maximum defined);
Player Count: number of players already registered.
The image below shows possible awards for a player with many daily points acquired (last 30 days). Notice some days reached the max award amount and defaulted to the ceiling ($100).
The later to return date, the smaller the award amount.
The success rate of the campaigns can be tracked from the list of See You Soon campaigns (an index based on tickets issued and tickets redeemed).
Frequently Asked - FAQ:
1 - I see the registration start and end fields, are those the dates in which players can register for the campaign, or the dates that they can use the ticket?
Registration start and end field are those dates when players will be able to register for the campaign.
2 - Does that mean that, for example: the minimum is set to $10, and days to return is 10, that the ticket would be worth $100 on day 1 and would reduce in value by $10 everyday until the expiration?
Correct. But we need to consider the accrued points average amount converted. Example:
Average accrued points converted: 30 dollars
Multiplier earlier: 10
Multiplier last: 1
Maximum: 100
Minimum: 10
If the player returns on the first day: 30*10
Important to clarify: once a player is registered, he/she must select the day they will return. The ticket will be printed. This ticket valid until that day, só the customer can use the ticket before the day they mentioned (however, they will not get the full amount because they selected a specific day they would return already)
3 - What do accrued points have to do with the value of the ticket?
Points determine this player had, for this reason, the ticket is based on this information.
