How to do a Server Factory Reset (Wipe out Data)

Objective:

This document will guide you through the steps to factory reset a server due to any technical issues you may have. According to our internal policies, our customer care is not allowed to remove customer's data. This process can only be done by Admins. Make sure to backup your data before factory reset. This process is not reversible and data will be lost. Only the player's data is not deleted. 

Keep in mind that there is no way to do partial wipes, only full wipes.

Resolution:

1. Go to Admin -> Server -> Server Factory Reset: 

2. After selecting the option "Server Factory Reset" the following confirmation message will appear. To continue click in "Proceed":

3. On Configure Factory Reset Options is possible to choose what data to wipe out. 

4. In each option there is an action to "Keep" or "Delete". Make sure to select "Delete" in the data you would like to wipe before clicking on "Go". 

5. To complete the Factory Reset , after selecting "Go" it will ask for a password that will be the following:

Why there is no way to do partial wipes? 

These types of data delete can cause some serious issues with the system information, such as wrong numbers, unexpected errors, crashes in the system, machines not working, and a lot more.
